Architecture
Each of our projects is unique and we believe the design process is just as important as the construction itself. Our goal is to make your house a meaningful space for you and your family. We start the process by taking your specific thoughts and priorities and turn them into schematic designs. The drawings later evolve into detailed construction documents to hand off to our construction team.
Interior Design
Having interior design in-house allows for a collaborative design process with our architects and builders. We work with you to customize your home unique to you. From countertops to paint colors, we take the stress out of all the decision making and work with you to select all the details that bring your vision to life.
Construction Management
Our project managers bring decades of knowledge and experience.
We manage all aspects of your project from start to finish, keeping communication seamless and ensure your project stays on timeline.
We are regularly on site to inspect and ensure the construction is being executed according to the drawings.
Earthwork
Part of what sets us apart as a company is that we are able to do our own earthwork. We have our own heavy machinary and a team of skilled equipment operators. Clearing the way for a structure is easy, which is a tremendous advantage to our clients.
Marine Construction
In addition to custom home building, we operate two full size barges that allow us to carry out our marine construction. We offer professional design, permitting and construction of island homes, docks, beaches, breakwaters and boathouses.
Permitting
We take care of permits so you don’t have to. We start every project by evaluating the land and researching all details regarding environmental factors, zoning, and land-use restrictions. We determine the feasibility of your project and ensure your project is in compliance with state and local ordinances.
